Enough is enough.

Why are so many great business leaders found guilty of corruption? This is an interesting question. It provoked much discussion when Fast Company posted it in their blog. A seemingly simple question, yet filled with so much emotion and with so many lessons to learn. Do people ever have enough? Enough is never enough and that's the problem. When we do not think we have enough, we go for more, and more, and more.
When do we know we have sufficient? Several days ago, I received one of those annoying sent and resent and resent seemingly motivational Power-point attachments. One of those rare times that I'd actually opened it. It was about a very wealthy man and how he lived a simple life and kept things simple. He knew what was enough and he had more than enough to give away. Apparently he had given more than US$30 billion to date to charity.
What is enough anyway? I am still learning.
